That’s a mighty lush lawn for Texas in March, not to mention the other plantings.

The future is in plastics.

Wonderful...and thanks for sharing.

The picture reminds me to add Miracle-Gro to the shopping list on the way home from work. :-)

LOL!

Mr. McGuire: I want to say one word to you. Just one word.

Benjamin: Yes, sir.

Mr. McGuire: Are you listening?

Benjamin: Yes, I am.

Mr. McGuire: Plastics.

Benjamin: Just how do you mean that, sir?

From the film "The Graduate".

Great sign! I put a similar sign on the door to Mr Ditters reloading room. It said

:OWNER IS UNARMED PLEASE DO NOT ROB OR HURT HIM:
Nothing could have been further from the truth. ha!

Traditional red brick, very nice.

The yard lamp is interesting, gas? I just love those real gas yard lampposts.

Was there something else I was supposed to see?

It was gracious of Ralph to “reach across the aisle”...er, driveway with such a noble, bi-partisan attitude.

It’s difficult to understand such unpleasantness toward Ralph considering the long history of similar examples of outreach from those people Ralph’s neighbor so admires in Washington D.C.. ; )

BTW, I would love to claim those azaleas, but we can't.

The sign is obviously photo-shopped into a stock photo (and this is obviously a summertime photo). However, I don’t mind the artistic liberty taken as it makes a good point.

You put this up last week?

That...and the photo looks...odd. As if the sign were placed there via Photoshop.

It's funny, and I wanted to believe the story, but the sign definitely looks photoshopped. ;-)

Actually that lime-green lawn looks photoshopped as well...
