Milledgeville authorities are planning to release more details Monday afternoon about suspicious that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger may have sexually assaulted a Georgia College & State University student last week.

I’ve heard a lot of rumors pertaining to this incident. One common theme in much of the rumors is Roethlisberger is a d*ck.
Us folks here in ga live around pro atheletes and celebrities. They are no big deal and are treated like everyday people here(That’s one reason they live here).
For that reason, I put weight into the being a d*ck rumors.
ONTOH...For the GBI to actually be investigating this,IMO, there’s something to this.
Sounds like big Ben has big problems. He needs to grow up before he finds himself in jail.
We do know for sure that he has bad judgement. Why is he out carousing on a college campus?
Plus, he holds on to the ball too long.
Ben is a good guy generally, but he's also a weak human being, susceptible to abuse of the power and position the world gives him. Just like Tiger Woods and virtually every politician.

Maybe the big doofus suffered brain damage from that motorcycle accident. I don’t recall Roethlisberger getting in trouble before then.

Because he lives in Milledgeville, just turned 28 years old, and there are three colleges in the town.
I’d be more concerned if he was hanging out at the high school or the several middle schools in town.
I would imagine he was carousing for poon. Last I checked that’s still legal.
Not saying he’s not an ass, just saying trying to get laid (in a consensual way) is legal for now.
Ben seriously needs to get a life. Going to college night clubs when you are an adult/millionaire is totally amatuer. It only invites trouble.
Bad judgement is the best case scenario. This guy may be a rapist. He has now been accused twice.
This latest accusation certainly won’t help with his pending civil case.
Of course it’s legal. (poon, lol)
But he is clearly using bad judgement. Is that the best an NFL QB can do? College girls?
At best he is an idiot, at worst, a rapist.
Ben's not weak. He simply makes bad decisions in his personal life. We have prisons full of people who've made bad decisions and who are now paying a heavy price for it. If Ben doesn't get his act together, he might end up behind bars someday.

I remember when Ben first started playing, he used to wear an armband with the initials “PFJ”—Playing for Jesus.
I guess the pro sports environment has changed him.
He has a house in a golf-course community about 30 miles away.

You might want to read this before you accuse...
In an affidavit obtained by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, on August 8, 2009 states that the alleged victim Andrea McNulty allegedly bragged to a co-worker, Angela Antonetti, about having consensual sex with Roethlisberger.
In a sworn statement, the woman said McNulty did not appear to be upset about the incident. Antonetti went on to say McNulty expressed the possibility of being pregnant and she was hoping for “a little Roethlisberger.”
Moreover, Antonetti said, the woman asked her to travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in August 2008 for a Steelers’ game and to try to “run into” Roethlisberger. Antonetti told her that she shouldn’t try to chase Roethlisberger.
Antonetti said she was “absolutely shocked” on July 21 when she heard on the radio that the woman had claimed Roethlisberger had assaulted her “because I knew [her] allegation ....was false.

How Super Bowl rings do you have? Everywhere he goes he is mobbed..he goes to a local Home Depot in the Burg and within 10 minutes hundreds of people are hunting him down. he is a yong kids with lots to learn like a lot of us at that age..I will wait to see...there are women trying to find him and get some of the pie...he needs to buy an Island and stay away from broads for now...till the smoke clears... Now if he did it he will have to pay the price!

The story I read said he did. I couldn’t find the article again, but I did just find another one that said he has a lakehouse 30 miles south of Milledgeville, GA.
I am making no accusation. In fact, I am pretty much giving him th benefit of the doubt and chalking it up to stupidity.
Hi Greg...I read (elsewhere) that, like many celebs, Ben needes a ‘handler’ a ‘celebrity rangler.’ Someone who is always with him (obviously, could be multiple employees) but they are part bouncer/part ‘no’ man.
If Art Rooney, III was smart HE would hire someone and make it an addendum to Ben’s contract.

I have watched too many shows on TV where the “rapist” was found to be innocent after spending 15 years or more in jail after DNA tests have found them innocent.
Just watched one two weeks ago on Dr. Phil..black man, white woman. She identified him as her attacker (he was walking down the street after it happened), the police picked him up, she insisted in court it was the rapist, and he spent 15 years in jail. DNA proved him innocent.
Both appeared on the show..it was pretty sad.

Yeah, I hate the way men are treated in these he said/she said cases.
But, the bottom line is, this guy is an idiot for putting himself in bad positions. He needs to grow up and stop hanging out at college clubs.

Compared to Bobby Layne, Ben is a lightweight.
