The court just got it. The reply was "received" by the court on the 11th of March. See the Clerk's U.S. District Court date stamp in the lower left hand corner on page 1.
Oh well, I am sure the judge will find some reason why Obozo can use anyone’s SS # he wants. He has a lot of legal degrees.
