Daylight savings was always a dumb idea, as well as a misnomer.

I’ll set my clocks forward around 7 pm tonight. Then, when somebody calls, I can say “What are you calling so late for?”

Go to bed an hour earlier, and all should be well. Only the first day is a real transition.

I wish they would put it on DST once and for all and just leave it there.

About ten years ago my wife gave me for Christmas a neat Timex clock radio for my nightstand that would retain the time memory and automatically turn forward or back for DST.
They go and change DST so now I have to change it manually four times a year. Twice as much work.

How much longer do you have to do that? I did that routine for a short while. If it was for the long-term, I was ready to move.

Yup, DH has to get up at 3 am to get to work on time.

Why is DST getting earlier every year?

10 year, 15 years, who know?

Been doing it for 10 years (off an on), I am guaranteed at least another year on the current project.

Planning on moving to Texas to cut my commute down.
