There's no price listed on the "Kayenta Bunker" for sale in Utah, but the property taxes are just $430 a year.

Highlights:

"There are hidden caves which I will show to the new owner. These caves have not likely seen any humans besides myself and my boys."

"Plenty of hunting; there are deer, rabbit, and quail on our property every day."

"Step outside the front door and you can fire a pistol, throw knives, strip naked, whatever!"

If one was worried about foreign invasion, that tower with either the radar panels or lights screams “bomb here”.

Srip naked and throw knives?....

In my back yard!.... I don’t need to go to Utah for that!

I would love a bunker, what prepper woman wouldn't. I've tried digging my own nuclear fallout shelter in the backyard, but the caliche in AZ is like stone.

If I had the money I’d buy it in a heart beat if the land will grow a garden.

So has something happened to change the mind of the owner who thought having such a setup was a good idea?

Maybe now that Big Brother has officially taken over it's no longer needed??

Oh, it used to be a microwave relay station. Some ham radio operator who likes to do EME (earth-moon-earth) communication and has a “prepper” mentality would love this place.

They can’t even grow sagebrush in that spot from what it looks like.

I don’t know if this is the one for sale, but our Kayenta is a couple of miles west of my school (St. George).

The neighbors wouldn’t like you walking around your back yard naked, so that lure is going to get someone in trouble.

Maybe there are quail and rabbits, but deer, everyday? Expensive water, built on 25 faults, 110 in the shade most of the summer?

I think there are better locations for preppers.

That “strip naked” part alone is worth the price of the place. A great venue in which to hold sleepovers for the neighborhood bachelorettes.
