OK, tweens, take a deep breath. Canadian pop star Justin Bieber will be bringing his silly hairdo and fancy dance moves to the Target Center on June 29. Tickets are $49.50 to $29.50 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster. They are likely to sell quickly, too.

I guess I'm out of the loop, but up until about a week ago, I had never heard of Justin Bieber.
In the past week, I've heard his name 597 times and seen his face on 14 magazine covers.
There's nothing called "news" any more. There is only Advertising and Propaganda.

Had never heard of him until I watched a remake of We are the World on youtube a few weeks ago. He sings the first few lines and many of the comments were about him, pro and con. Now he seems to be everywhere, CDs coming out and concert appearances and all over the net.
