You would not like Italy. One of my best friends just came back from there. She was there about 4 years. She could give you MANY reasons you don’t want to move there. It’s not cheap either and it’s dirty. Medical care sucks too.

One of our good friends just left last week. He already has a business down there, closed on his house here last week and is out of here. He loves it there.
That is not true. Tell that to our friends that just moved there and opened their own business.

After a year of semi sleepless nights, and much thinking and soul searching, I finally came to the same conclusion.
There is the solution to our real estate market problems.
Like Panama, if you want to reside in the United States you have to invest at least 100,000 dollars in real estate.....
