Freaks and perverts are running the schools!!
My little brother got suspended from school for wearing a dress.
He was protesting the new dress code that said girls could wear shorts but boys couldn’t...so he wore a dress.
I dont believe this post. I think it is bogus.
I would just say no, very firmly! There is a hidden motive behind this.
My mother and sister thought it would be cute to dress me as some kind of princess one Halloween c 1963. I made it to the house across the street and ran back home and that was it for Halloween for many years. Boys don’t like to be dressed as girls. Oh, and the other boys on the street let me hear about it. My mother tried the “they were jealous” line. UM...NO!
How your children dress is certainly up to you. In 3rd grade, there should be American history. Period. Not black history, women’s history, LBGT history, etc.
Seems this should also be taken up with the principal, the superintendent, and the school board.
"The Principal will see you now. GRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrr."
All students do not have to participate. Don't let your son go to school that day. Grow a spine. Write to the superintendant. Write to the principal. Write to the teacher. Let the PTO know about this.
Or, let your son go to school dressed as normal and go as a tomboy. (smile)
GeronL, when you elect to remain silent as the schools do all the things you mention, you give them license to do more. It doesn’t bother you that women are singled out to be heralded, but you think it’s just wrong to have your kids cross dress. I’ll bet you don’t see anything wrong with Black history month either.
All this is leftist in nature, trying to turn this nation into a special interest haven, rather than a nation of unified people.
Look, I appreciate the things women have done, but what is up with separating them from the group, for special recognition?
People all across this nation contribute. Should each sector of these people be split off for special recognition? No. We are either a unified people or we aren’t.

My child wouldn’t be allowed to participate. End of Story!
Ping. ;)
I agree!

Let us not forget that freaks and perverts really are running the schools.
Imagine a visiting male parent going to take a pee and finding out that they have to use the same bathroom as little girls.
That is what Maine seems to want.

America’s dive accelerates.
No particular offense intended to your mom or sister, but it has always amazed me what some parents do to their children without realizing it. While I didn’t do this type of thing, I wouldn’t be surprised if I did something else that embarrassed my kids. I sure tried not to.
