BOULDER, Colo.- A Colorado housing authority is backing off plans for new nudity regulations prompted by complaints about a pair of local nudists.
Boulder Housing Partners officials said they are backing off plans for new rules for the northern Foothills Community, where neighbors complained about Catharine Pierce, 52, gardening outside of the home she shares with her husband and fellow nudist Robert while wearing nothing but thong underwear, the Boulder Daily Camera reported Thursday.
The housing authority previously indicated it would include a ban on public display of female breasts after complaints about Pierce. However, officials said they are dropping the matter because of a recent Boulder City Council decision approving a law against public nudity. However, the law does not include display of female breasts.
"We've given this a lot of thought," said Betsey Martens, executive director of the Boulder Housing Partners. "Housing authorities reflect the values of their community, and City Council just articulated the values" regarding nudity.
"We won't ask for anything above and beyond what the council articulated," she said.
“However, the law does not include display of female breasts.”

Boulder is a true cesspool, I grew up there and was disgusted by the place. I enlisted in the USMC 25 years ago just to get the hell out, best move I ever made.

I don't see anyhting wrong with nudity in private but not so good if your property is not well screened by fences and dense foilage or otherwise easily seen by the public..
