Good deflection. This detail isn't queried because of a Constitutional requirement, but out of commons sense, specifically on the basis of how vital records are certified. A hospital birth would allow for the signature of a reputable witness. Of course, I'm sure you know this already, which is why you chose a lame deflection. You know that Obama has no reputable witnesses to his birth ... at least not in the United States.

All Obama needs and has ever needed is an official document from the state of Hawaii which states that he is over 35 years of age and that he was born in the US. He has that document and its been verified by the state of Hawaii.
A short form Hawaii Certification of Live Birth is good enough to get a US Passport and its good enough to be handed the nuclear football with the launch codes to every US nuclear missile in the US arsenal when a person is sworn in as president.

Just because Dr. Fukino’s verification statement isn’t good enough for you doesn’t mean that it isn’t good enough for the courts that have looked at this issue and that it hasn’t been good enough for 535 members of Congress since not one of them has joined in any Obama eligibility lawsuit and not one single member of Congress has filed an amicus brief in support of any of the eligibility lawsuits.

Sorry, that's not correct.

If Obama’s teenage mom gave birth in a foreign country and the father was not a USA citizen, then Obama was not a USA citizen at birth.

That was federal law in 1961, not Hawaii law.

Like you, I want to see Obama’s Long Form BC and full disclosure on every other record in his life.

However, the anti-Birthers will rip you to pieces for a mistake like that.

Jamese777 makes a valid point about Obama’s COLB (aka, Short Form BC) allowing him to get a passport.

In 1994 I applied for a USA passport.

The State Department would not accept a xerox of my own copy of my Long Form BC.

So, I contacted the Birth Records Department in Illinois.

Incredibly, Illinois sent me a COLB that had substantially less information on it than the Hawaii COLB.

I couldn't believe my Illinois COLB would be accepted.

But, four weeks later my USA passport arrived.

I think it's a mistake to argue legal points with jamese777.

He has the mind of a skilled defense attorney.

He rarely argues what is ethical, just what is legal or not legal.

It is time for Conservatives to adapt.

We need to demand “Full Disclosure” of every document pertaining to Obama’s life.

And, just as important, we need to demand “Full Disclosure” from our own presidential candidates.

There is no plausible defense against “Full Disclosure.”

If a candidate resists, then a thousand signs will greet him at every stop - “What Are You Hiding!”

I understand a lot of people are gullible and easily manipulated by misdirection and double-speak. This statement hasn't been entered as evidence in any case I'm aware of. It wouldn't stand up to scrutiny.

Actually it was his mother who headed out the door, with him tow. Assuming she was even in Hawaii in August of '61. By September of '61 she was enrolled for night classes at the Univ. of Washington, in Seattle. She did 3 quarters there, the last one ending after BHO Sr had left Hawaii.

That quote was about BHO Sr's return to Hawaii, which was as the first African grad of U of Hawaii, and an alumnae reunion of sorts. He gave an address to a decent sized crowd. He did not return to see Stanley Ann or Barry, although he did apparently see then briefly.

Your statement demonstrates that you are ignorant of the difference between “looking into an issue” and a judge, a panel of judges or a Supreme Court dismissing a lawsuit after reading the legal briefs from both sides before rendering an opinion. So I’ll just let your ignorance pass.

As a state government official Dr. Fukino would have no choice but to raise her hand and swear an oath if any Obama eligibility case ever made it to trial. That appears to be unlikely since 62 lawsuits have been rejected thus far including seven rejections by the US Supreme Court. The latest dismissal, “Taitz v Obama” was just dismissed last week by a Ronald Reagan appointed federal chief judge.

Any prosecuting attorney in the nation could subpoena Dr. Fukino to testify in a Grand Jury investigation and she would be obligated to show up as well. Isn’t it interesting that no prosecuting attorney in America has convened a Grand Jury investigation of Obama for forgery and/or fraud.

Dr. Fukino was appointed by and works for the Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle and her statement about Obama’s birth documents was reviewed and approved by the Attorney General of Hawaii, Mark. L. Bennett who is also a Republican.

Under the laws of Hawaii, the information on the short form COLB cannot be different from what’s on the long form and the Obama Certification of Live Birth lists Barack Hussein Obama Senior as the father. So do the August 13 and 14, 1961 birth announcements for Barack Obama that appeared in both Honolulu newspapers.
