The St. Louis Rams do the right thing and select their franchise quarterback in Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford. Detroit is up next.

Holmgren wanted him so badly, I thought a trade with the clowns could have been worked out. Apparently not, probably because Cleveland has nothing left to trade.
Suh goes to Detroit Lions
Oklahoma fourth also, welcome to Oklahoma draft, LOL
This is America and we do have free speech and all but who cares about the NAACPFL. It is not an American game anymore. This year they’ll be making the Refs where polka dots or something for their uniforms and all the players will be wearing all black a long with X’s on their uniforms. It is sad to see. Our country is falling apart and people talk about the freakin’ draft.
Scandalous that the Sooners couldn’t play competitive ball, at home, vs BYU, with personnel like that.
Where’s the shame in that? Losing to the true national champions isn’t a bad season.
Couldn't agree more. A month or so ago, the local paper had a front page story about a group of high school kids that "announced their intention" of what schools they would attend to play football.
Why doesn't the newspaper do a story about the straight A students?
Well, at one time, I thought BYU would springboard off that OU win and run the table; but they showed their hineys vs FSU and TCU, games where they got USED (true national champions? if you say so)...
My point was that OU’s coaching was not up to snuff last year, given that they had 4 first-rounders. They should have dominated everybody.
At the time BYU was quite highly regarded.
And I still think Boise should have had a chance against the Crimson Tide. They beat everyone they were given a crack at.
Because for the most part the Straight A students are our future and football and sports is America’s demise. Newspapers want to see America fall.
