New Alzheimer vaccine to be tested in Europe

VIENNA (AFP) – A new vaccine against Alzheimer's, developed by the Austrian biotechnology firm Affiris, will soon be tested in six European countries, the company announced Friday.

That would be incredible, a miracle if this was effective. I have a feeling I’ll be needing it in another few years.

My 95 year old mother in law is of sound mind and she complains every day about living in her facility where she is given her meals, medical care etc. She wishes she was dead.

My friend's father in law is in the same condition EXCEPT that he has alzheimers. He thinks life is fine.

Life is so sad for oldsters.
