Have to question what this clown’s ‘expert’ credentials are!
Over all my life I’ve observed the opposite in an overwhelming way.

WRT that ‘study’ I suspect that there might be a strong natural tendency for those suffering depression to turn to a natural antidote.
Most of the most active and functional people I know are dark cholate users.
