This is a new online phone book which may have an amazing amount of information about you. Do a search on your name.
If you show up use the privacy button and it will tell you how to delete the listing.
I checked this out on Snopes.
TOPICS: Chit/Chat; Computers/Internet; Society
KEYWORDS: onlinephonebook; privacy

DO THIS IMMEDIATELY. Forward this info as well.
This website had my credit score, estimated income, contact info, home value and how long we have lived here, and pictures of someone that wasn’t me. I flipped the F out!
Click the “Privacy” link on the site, then follow the directions to remove your info.

I see the listing. It’s way too much info in one place for me, but a lot of it is wrong. It says I’m not interested in politics!

I looked up myself and two friends and about half of the information is right. The rest looks like random entries.

Looked myself up. There are 5 pictures connected to my entry. 2 of them has a picture of a guy drinking beer and one smoking something. None of them are me or anyone I know. My mother, who died 4 years ago is listed. Says my house is worth 1M+ and that I have a high school education. All wrong wrong wrong.
But then 759 people have my name in Mn so I’m not too worried.

Unfortunately, I disagree.
The data are outdated, wrong, and incomplete.
It is a waste of time.

I see the listing. Its way too much info in one place for me, but a lot of it is wrong. It says Im not interested in politics! Yeah ... I live in a $1M+ house, according to them. LOL!!!!
I found out about this a couple of weeks ago. A lot of it was incorrect, but too much of it was right on. So I opted out.

No there was some correct data that was not random. I compared various results from people I knew.
For instance it had my cell phone, which I do not give out.

Done, and did SD and SDHusband.
By the way, you can only do two removals per email name used. So if your entire family is shown, and you want to “privacy” them all, you will need multiple email accounts or use their email in the process and have them finish it on their end.

It is real! I checked it out, found my name there and had it removed. The friend who told me about it is a bit older and sicker than I am. He got the URL for his I.D. page, emailed it to me and I got his data deleted.
When you start the process they send a confirmation request, he wasn't sure what to do with it.
The odds are if you own property you are listed and a lot of personal stuff is available to anyone who wants to spend a few bucks. You just think you're protecting yourself now

I have Yahoo, Gmail, and 2 adresses on Earthlink, as well as a Budwieser account. I use Yahoo the least but that is where I get the most spam.
When I can't get out of here I'm usually online, that is most of the time. I go all over the web, almost never have anything get through my defenses.
