Could be. They’re sold at the chain drugstores, Walgreen’s and so on, and at the kind of gift shops that sell Webkinz.

It’s ironic. My daughter just got a bunch of them as a token birthday gift at school. She just showed them to me. They are cute. Hers are in the shapes on animals. It’s not banned at her school and she’ll be wearing them to her ELEMENTARY school.
