Many dozens of patriots turned out this morning in Morgan Hill, CA. Waving US flags, holding signs, and listening to patriotic music, a lively group of patriots gathered at a downtown intersection earlier today. (My estimate of the mid-morning crowd size was 80-100.) There were people lining both sides of the street as well as a good number in the median strip.
The drivers of many of the cars driving through flashed thumbs-up and honked their horns. Music is being provided by a Patriot Guard Rider on his motorcycle. He has been cruising through the area repeatedly for the past several hours.
I spoke briefly with a San Jose Mercury News reporter (I got in a plug for FreeRepublic.com while talking with her.) I also saw a cameraman from ABC-7 News arrive a bit before noon.
I've asked several people to email me pictures from the event and will post them when they arrive. (Bad day to not have my camera with me.)
Those boys should not return to that school. I fear that principal and faculty would look the other way while they are harassed and attacked. I think they might even encourage voilence at some point.
Thanks Bob for standing up for America. Great job.
Thanks for reporting from the front lines of Mexico’s cultural war against America.

You’re welcome. I’m about to cruise down the block again and try to get a better estimate of the current crowd size.
Ping!
To paraphrase those racists from the movie “machete”, “They have f*cked with the wrong Americans.”
They should put them in a private school and sue the school district for violating their constitutional rights and providing an unsafe learning environment.
Aside from that though I think that the US is about to become a clone of Northern Ireland.
Any idea if Live Oak’s MEChA Club has played a role in the controversy or if the VP is active in the group?

Looking forward to the pictures of you and the other patriots.
Yup, the melting pot idea is great while it lasts but it doesn’t last. Its like a cooling magma which slowly differentiates into mineral assemblages of like composition as it cools. With rocks though that is the end, with humans it is just the beginning of confilct and war.

California Principal Apologizes for Forbidding U.S. Flag Shirts on Mexican Holiday
Poor mush headed kids.
I live in Gilroy and have to hear their tired refrain.
Bob, let me know the next time you guys do something like this and I will try to make it.
I think the problem is that “melting pot” ceased being taught and instead the liberal “salad bowl” theory replaced it...which only divided us, of course.
Sorry, it hasn't been me you've been watching on Fox News. While I do share a common name with, and hold many of the positions of, the former Congressman from Georgia, I describe myself as "No, I'm the other one". :=)
As of noon, things are still going strong down at the corner of Monterey and Third Street. The crowd remains in the 80 to 100 range and is every bit as enthusiastic as it was several hours ago. The Patriot Guard Rider is continuing to cruise the area providing music.
Three of the five boys are in attendance along with their mothers. One of the mothers mentioned that they have a facebook page named InSupportOfTheLiveOakFive (I'll post a direct link when I've confirmed that I've gotten the spelling right.)
If they don’t return, they’ll ‘have to’ take their ADA money from the state with them. tsk tsk. The Principal and VP are the ones who should not return. And the illegal aliens, who are getting a FREE EDUCATION and blowing it off.
That’s great. I’d love to see a spoof shirt made with “Undocumented Border Patrol Agent” on it. :=)
