Moonbat Certification Training (Actual courses offered by Newton, MA Community Ed. I have taken names out to protect the Enlightened Ones from the Hateful, Neanderthal Conservatives on FR):
Course Name: Dreams, Spirit, and Astral Visits (Personal Awareness)
Description: A spiritual teacher and clairvoyant medium will discuss dreams, the spirit, and astral visits. Symbolism is the language of our dreams—and the language our “guides” often choose to communicate with us. Learn the five types of dreams, how to understand their language, and how to “remember” them. She will also discuss how loved ones can contact us in the dream state. Time will be allotted for questions and answers. All are welcome; this class is an accepting and safe environment.
Course Name: Intuition: Your Psychic Ability (Personal Awareness)
Description: Do you sometimes have a feeling, hunch, or intuition you can’t explain? Do you suspect you have some psychic ability that you’d like to develop? Everyone has some degree of such an ability, but most people ignore the subtle signals. Course Name: Hand Drumming (Music)
Description: Learn the language of the drum in this lively, hands-on course. We’ll learn indignous rhythms on the conga, ashiko, and djembe drums. Each student will receive individual attention. A $5 materials fee will be collected in the first class for written materials.

Believe it or not, many of the people who teach these classes and have these skills are not moonbats and are, in fact, conservative.

Alternately, I would support a law that would make it illegal for anyone who receives government money in any form to vote. Work for the state/town/feds no voting for you, Have a government loan or grant, no voting for you until you pay it back with interest.

The *poll tax* was abolished on the basis that *poor* people who could not afford to pay were denied the right to vote.
It has been replaced with the right to vote for confiscation of the assets of someone else’s labor for one’s own indulgence. Almost a return to slavery.

Conservative the instructors may be, but when taken together, these courses just scream MOONBAT!
as much as I liked Stargate, I don’t wouldn’t take it as fact. :-)
Treating it as religion is false and there are quite a few who do just that.
It can be difficult to find somebody who takes it seriously and does real research. But they exist.
I have personal experience with it. I had doubts as well. But after a serious look, I found it to be effective.
All I am saying is don’t make assumptions about people who, may if fact, be much more conservative than you assume them to be. I was really surprised with what I found.
It was not only surprising, but it was encouraging to see what was really going on.
Very little is as it seems.
Don’t be like the moonbats themselves and discount everything that doesn’t fit your preconceived notions of what is.
This is all I am going to say about this.
I was into all that kind of stuff. In the 70’s. We called it witchcraft. You can change the name but it’s still the same old same old.
