Maybe she thought it was still a dream?
School was out for students but students took cell phone pics?
Was she hepped up on drugs or meth?
She evidently took “the chip.”
That is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
7:15 a.m. For school kids? No decent person is getting up at the crack of dawn to do anything.
People who wake up early and expect the rest of the world to cater to them are destroying the universe.
They should be rounded up and exterminated, along with people who put mustard on hamburgers.
“...school was out for students Thursday and out for teachers today?”
Yeah, that was confusing. It happened on Wednesday when the students were there.
They are missing critical information. “First year teacher” makes me think she was young. “. . . reported to the office very early by . . . students” suggests otherwise.
The incident was Wednsday. School was out on Thursday. So it was the last day of school. Give the students something to talk about all summer.
I suspect drugs, but not necessarily illegal ones. Could be a really bad reaction/side effect of a prescription.
I know I'm having a bit more of a side effect of the pain medication, Tramadol, that I'm taking for knee pain, than seems usual according to what I read. (But that's why I don't take the first dose of the day unil *after* I get to the office.)
And maybe she has a brain tumor. Inaapropriate behavior has been associated with some tumors and some early dementia.
It may not be as funny as it sounds.
Tramadol does some screwy stuff to me. First it knocks me out for a short period then makes me feel like I’m wired on speed or something.
Tumors are NEVER funny... even when Arnold says it.
You are right though, never thought about that.
I’m going to go with Ambien. That’s stuff does nasty $&!+ to your inhibitions.
Ambien?
Just a guess.
Ouch. I like mustard on hamburgers — though I think people that would abuse a fine burger with mayonnaise should be strung up.
SnakeDoc
Yes, especially when mixed with alcohol. She could very easily have been sleepwalking.
My niece teaches in that area and they are an hour ahead of neighboring areas. She says it is terrible having to get up so early and then when possible weather conditions they have an hour delay for school to begin. In that case each one is responsible to let others know of the delay. It is crazy!
Quaaludes?
