Please, if you can find the time, Say a prayer for Sandy. Sandy is my 10-1/2" year old chow/rott mix. They found a tumor in her eye and are removing it today. The are also going to xray her abdomen, due to her liver counts being on the high side. Doc thinks the liver is not serious due to symptoms displayed, but will do xray while she is under. I cried all the way home after leaving her at the vet last night and it's going to be a long day. Waiting and worrying and trying to work. Prayers are appreciated.
prayers,
please keep us posted...I know what you are going thru.
Prayers to St Jude for you and Sandy.
SZQ
from one pet lover to another. I understand the comfort you received from your beloved Sandy after losing your Mother.
I lost my husband two years ago and without my cat, I would not have been able to stand the solitude and silence of my home.
Prayers for a successful surgery, diagnosis and recovery.
Everything will be fine for Sandy! How old is she?
Oops !! 10 1/2 ...I missed that part. :)
We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
I think you mean ‘noble’.
Thank you all SO much for your prayers and comfort. She is with a new vet, because I didn’t feel comfortable with her old one. The new vet is great and I really feel good about him. It’s just so scary. Sandy is my everything. I know exactly what you are saying about another dog. My family and friends are against it. They say it’s just a responsibilty and rope around my neck.
When the time comes, I most likely will get another dog but one that can travel with me.
Let’s turn this worry over to Jesus and trust He is up to the job and knows what is going on with the pup.
Prayer sent. Tell your family and friends to shut up.
Prayers for your doggie!
Prayers for you and Sandy are on the way. Please keep us posted, FRiend.
Prayers up for Sandy, I totally understand what you are going through...
I had a similar situation with an older Lab. He was my “baby,” too. I spent untold hours doing web searches on nutrition, supplements, the more natural or “holistic” ways of dealing with cancer, and traditional veterinary medicine as well, even all clinical trials at the time. I know every good vet school for treatment, too.
I saved all that, even though he passed away in October of 2007. I know what it feels like and hope it’s not necessary, but am eager to share if it is.
You and your baby are in my thoughts and prayers.
Prayers that God will comfort you and that He will bless you with Sandy’s presence for many more years.
Prayers for you and Sandy.
prayers for you and your pup.
There are no words that can explain the worry we have when one of our precious little companions are hurt or ill, while we wait for word back from the vet. I pray that the worry is replaced by joyful anticipation of Sandys return home, with great news from the vet that all will be well.
Prayers up for Sandy. Please keep us updated on her progress.
