A woman called 911 from a West Oak Cliff Wal-Mart this week to report that a man was using a camera in his shoe to record up her dress. Wal-Mart where incident occurred
The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when the suspect approached the 38-year-old victim and attempted to put his foot between her legs, she told police. She yelled at him after seeing a hole in his shoe.
"The victim believes that he had some type of recording device in his shoe." said Dallas police Senior Cpl. Kevin Janse, who noted that police don't know whether the man had a camera or not.
The woman then chased the suspect to the back of the store in the 1500 block of North Cockrell Hill Road, just south of Interstate 30.
"When she caught up with him he was putting his shoe back on as if he had taken something out of it," Janse said.
The suspect had left the scene by the time officers arrived, and detectives have yet to determine whether surveillance video of the incident was available. Wal-Mart employees declined to comment.

Why, did she feel he got a shot of her worst side?
Get a load of Walmart shoppers.
Thank God, I escaped from America just in time.
Maybe looking for kids father.....
It wasn’t Michelle O was it? ;-)
This actually would not surprise me. There is apparently a reasonably large group of men that do upskirt pics. Putting the camera in the shoe would probably not be too hard to do. They have discovered cameras in all sorts of weird places.
It does seem to be a man thing, doesn’t it? Women don’t take the pics.
It does seem to be a man thing, doesnt it? Women dont take the pics.
Yeah not too many men wear skirts that the women could take pics of...maybe Scotland?
Could be a shoe bomber.
Everybody needs a hobby.
Like I’m gonna go to Walmart to look for foxy beavershots....
Yep... thank God you escaped. The rest of us will stay and fight.
“he’s got a .32 gun in his pocket for fun
he’s got a camera in his shoe”
Escaped? Not me, my country is worth fighting for..
I’ve seen the people in Wal Mart. This truly is one sick pup.
“Escaped? Not me, my country is worth fighting for.”
I get plenty of snotty cracks like that on here.
I can do little more then vote, and that is all YOU can do.
Remember, America is being eaten from WITHIN, not from foreign troops.
Also remember, America was founded by people who LEFT THEIR HOME COUNTRIES, for the reason that I left mine.
Just how do you plan to fight, any better then I can?
Are you going to stand on your soapbox and tell Rastus, Jose, and Freddy the druggie that he can have anything he wants?
Are you going to take up arms and shoot all the new neo-Marxist that are now, or soon to be, your fellow citizens?
Are you going to start a new ACORN and bash heads at the polls?
Inquiring minds want to know.
First I would never brag to anyone at anytime anywhere but especailly abroad “thank God I escaped America”. Are you a Dixie Chick husband....?
Second I not only can vote I can try and influence others to get involved in elections right here at home.
Third Yes if it comes to fighting and taking up arms I will certainly join the fight.
Dont think you are loyal to America just because you vote...then make jokes to those around you like you’re a f’ing draft dodger.
Obama votes...hell Castro, Putin, and Chavez vote...big deal.
He is living in the Phillipines. Never mind him.
