Dreams, The Big Bang, God and the Universe
Me

Posted on 07/03/2010 1:15:21 AM PDT by TexasTransplant

I had recently one of those rare (to me) lucid dreams where I was so involved and everything was so real.

The last time I had one of these dreams, I could fly and when I woke up I was fighting the urge to wake up so that I could record all of my Touch and Goes, my Take Offs, Landings and my Flight Time.

This dream was similar but very, very different, this time I am shooting through space... going the opposite direction of all of the Galaxies... I'm shooting for / aimed at the Big Bang and Ground Zero. (I don't know... I'm the passenger)

I think that the series "Through the Wormhole" may have set it off but the dream took me to things that I have never thought about and about things that I remember from Childhood.

Everyone knows about "Holograms" a piece of glass with a picture that looks like it is 3d and if you break it each piece has the complete picture, well I was flying through space in a window pane shaped hologram... I was the hologram picture... then the closer that I got to the Big Bang the pane of glass started melting until it was a Glass ball, then I was a marble, then I was a round grain of sand... then I blew up (Exploded) from the inside and all of the little pieces were exact copies of me (I'm a hologram) but here is the twist... the pieces closer to the center were older and the pieces towards the surface of my little sphere were newer... although all identical at the initial time they were all different the further away that they traveled from the "center" it was at that time I felt that I "KNEW" everything 'Past Present and Future' and if I changed particles it was a slightly different 'Past Present and Future'

Each particle (of Me) that I visited kept growing and then exploding and each of those particles contained a new copy of me 'Past Present and Future' just like the original hologram of me but changed slightly from the original then by the secondary explosion but I was still the same just in a different time and yet I was still the original 'Big Bang' as I was was recorded as in the original hologram. So in my dream I'm streaking through space, jumping from particle of me to another particle of me just "knowing everything" when the dream ended, I didn't hear any voice and it was different than the "knowing everything" feeling that I had it was a separate stronger feeling that is hard to describe but basically another different more emotional feeling that "Now you Know" (I didn't want to wake up)

To describe this dream with words is difficult because in the dream it wasn't a word experience it was all visual, emotional and I could feel the velocity. The part that moved me the most is that I was not alone, I knew I was not alone it was a shared experience and yet not a single word was exchanged with whoever was with me.

This was the most, biggest, wildest dream ... it was three days ago and I can't stop reliving it mainly cause I "knew everything" and that's the part I don't remember.

Folks already think I'm strange this story should seal the deal and Nurse Rachett might be knocking on my door tomorrow

Lucid dreams are the best. I enjoy them thoroughly.

Crazy? Not really. The highest goal of metaphysics is to see all things as one and oneself as an expression of all things. It sounds like you’ve had a direct visualization of concepts people spend lifetimes trying to understand intellectually.

Didn’t anyone warn you about the Brown Acid, seriously.

I suspect anytime we go through a period of enlightenment, our minds exist in that expanded plane. When we attempt to bring that knowledge back here, the expanded plane portion gets cut off as we can’t connect with it “down here”.

Just my take, been there, done that.

Or so I hear.

It kind of sounds to me like what Tibetan Buddhism calls the “Dharmakaya experience.” But I haven’t had it so I don’t know for sure. I do know this; don’t hang on to it. It’s just an experience like any other experience.

From Linear Algebra, when a 3d plane connects with 4d plane, the connection is the basis. You’re connect with the 4d source. Once the connection is broken, all you have is memories but not the connection to the source. The memory is organic, but the information is holographic and you no longer are connected.

Or so I’ve heard...

Which part? The not being alone or being the “Big Bang” in a hologram... the not experiencing “knowing everything” alone was the most intense and yet the shortest part of the dream, I have no favorite part of the dream, I want to go do it all over again and this time take notes when I get to the “know everything” part.

Try listening to spoken word programmes with headphones on, every night. I usually listen to BBC 4 for the late-night dramas, and if I fall asleep during the programme, I usually get into a dream involving the drama and myself.

It’s happened so many times, I can almost be certain of a lucid dream every time I try it.

What you’re doing is in the right track. Trying to record your dreams is the best way of entering lucidity whenever a future dream of yours enters familiar territory.

I believe this will be the future of entertainment - there won’t be any need for giant television screens or powerful audio systems - a direct interface to the brain to trigger all of the perceptible senses as part of the entertainment so real, you will confuse it with real life.

Actually, I didn’t pick a particular part but considered your dream as a whole. After all, what part of any life experience is ‘the whole thing’?

I would encourage you to do just continue to contemplate your dream and try to learn from it and develop from it both intellectually and aesthetically. And please, do take notes if you go through it again. AND YOU’D BETTER POST THEM HERE!!!!!

WOW I just Googled the Dharmakaya experience and Wow... that feeling of not being alone was explained in a way that I couldn’t put into words when I was typing this up...

Tomorrow I have to research this completely ...

Freepers are the best resource

That dream was better than any Movie, not as funny as the one when I was flying and felt the need to record my Take Offs and Landings but then again I have never been a Hologram before either.

I seldom dream (or so seldom remember them ) that writing them down shouldn’t be a problem...

I am an American Indian and I got my name Fish Hawk from a vision. It came to me in four dreams, some in the middle of the day and I was not asleep. I am saying the my dreams/visions were the same thing. They were so clear and euphoric that I could write them down and not lose place in the vision. I've only told two other people about this and it happened about 20 years ago. Note: I was raised at a place where there are a lot of fish hawks and have encountered them more than once.

Seriously? Please share the link you found, bro. I have heard all of the ways my teacher can think to describe it to me and we dropped the subject years ago. The one thing that really struck me was your summation that you "couldn't put it into words." That has always been the final word on the subject between him and I.

It had never occurred to me that it might happen in the dream state but after a little thought about it I can think of no reason why it wouldn't or couldn't. TBs practice 'dream yoga' which is just practicing an awareness meditation while sleeping. One sleeps but never loses awareness. Something else I have never accomplished. (Well, one night I did but just that once.) Lucid dreaming is essentially being aware during dreaming. Anyway, mind is mind and there is no reason that any experience of mind couldn't or wouldn't happen while sleeping.

But please tell me what site you found that struck a chord with you. I still lust for tales of what the Dharmakaya experience is like. While being an experience of the same thing it must be totally unique for everyone.
