BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – A judge on Tuesday found Lindsay Lohan in violation of probation in a 2007 drug case after prosecutors said she failed to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.
A sentence was expected later in the day.
The ruling came during a hearing set for the "Mean Girls" star after she missed a court date in May. She has been required to wear an ankle alcohol monitor since then.

Won’t happen. California is broke and can’t afford to keep prisoners in jail...She will serve maybe a few days..then go to a Rehab clinic. That is IF she turns herself in no July 20th....
I hope he throws her in the clink and more celebrity convictions follow. They have no business getting away with what they do.
She’s lucky to be alive considering the lifestyle.. this may slow her down a bit, for sure.

Plus 90 in a residency treatment facility to be served immediately upon release from jail, plus formal supervised probation. IOW, she got the book thrown at her.
Celebrity Rehab w/Dr. Drew will probably get her for the next season.
Maybe she will hold her breathe long enough this time.

She’s only going to do 5 - 10 days and get released.....
