I think she needs a little tough love before she is ready for a clinic. I believe AA knows many people aren’t ready to be helped until they hit bottom. She hasn’t hit bottom yet. She has used her celebrity status to shield her from the natural consequences of her action. Until she takes responsibility for that, she can’t be helped at a clinic.

I could not agree more. I watched the video from yesterday's hearing. To me, she looked like she was on "something", perhaps several things. She was extremely fidgety.
I think 90 days in jail (serving 25ish) is just what the doctor ordered. Then, she might be in the appropriate state of mind to actually get something of value from her 90-day rehab. Robert Downey Jr. has said before that jail saved his life. Perhaps it will save hers.
