I hit the trail today, one of the charity thrift shops has a great horde of used books and I was out of reading material. They aren't junky paperbacks like you find some places, these look like new. Coming home I rolled by the county boat ramp. The birds are finishing up nesting season and starting to just hang out again.
Too hot for an old man to stay long!

Thank you for these lovely pictures. They certainly brightened a terrifying day for me. My dear little Rat Terrier Ruby had three seizures this morning, and a bunch more at the vets. It seems she’s developed epilepsy. So scary to watch those seizures. Arrgghh.

I’ll read just sbout anything, depends on how desperate I am, LOL. Anything to avoid TV! Never got hooked, don’t want to, I might wake up a Jerry Springer fan! The kids read some pretty strange stuff, some of it isn’t bad though.

I drove past your area on the way up to Virginia last week. Boy is it hot here! I hope you are feeling well, staying inside, and reading, as I am.
Somehow my GP and the pulmonary specialist got crossed up, they both were writing orders for tests. Once they got the insurance company confused things went to Hell fast. I can hardly wait nntil the government gets involved.
The GP evidently forgot that he sent me to the specialist, I'm not sure he even knows my name! One day I had people from 2 medical supply firms show up with the same stuff.
