Mel Gibson, under investigation for domestic violence, admits to hitting Oksana Grigorieva and TWICE threatens to kill her in an explosive new audio tape obtained and released exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

This is a perfect example of alcoholism and control issues. It is also a common scene repeated millions of times a week after the bars close, during heated divorces, and in custody battles. I am totally sure though, that the tapes cannot be used in a court, this is blackmail pure and simple by Oksana. PS, we don’t know what was said in the hours beforehand by the girl. People that know where the buttons are located, can entice this to happen ........I have seen this personally and boy is it ugly.

Just as an FYI... it is illegal to record someone in California without their knowledge. You would be subject to a fine, and the recording cannot then be used as evidence.
I haven’t seen that mentioned at all in these stories... so either the recording happened when they were both in a public setting, or the Radaronline people have no concept of research.

After listening to the tape I'd say that he is bi-polar or has some kind of other very serious mental issue. He did not sound drunk.
Gibson is obviously very smart at his craft. But it appears he is not too swift when it comes to women and he is certainly not too bright for using the telephone for this kind of thing. I'd predict that there is a lot more to follow. This gal knew what she was doing.

LOL... You know, back when South Park did that episode on Mel, I thought that they seemed to go a little over the top about Mel’s madness. But apparently they just knew a lot more than most people did back then. I remember an interview or something with Matt and Trey and they’d met him at a few parties and come away thinking “Holy **** that guy is nuts!”...
