HOUSTON -- A new website that went live this month, boasts that it is the first public anonymous publishing service for reporting on illegal alien activity in the United States.
IllegalAlienReport.com is the brainchild of 26-year-old George OBrien, who has been following the illegal immigration debate with interest.
I realized I wouldn't recognize an illegal alien if one was standing right next to me, he said.
Anyone can anonymously post information about undocumented immigrants and companies that employ them. OBrien said he also wants it to be a forum for vigorous debate and a place where undocumented workers can also report bad bosses.
The website does have rules in place: no bad words, generally no using childrens names or photos, any street addresses are allowed. Any personal experiences posted must be "100% true."
How is all that being enforced, 11 News asked Obrien.
I'm just one guy, he said.
The webmaster by trade said he has an automated check system and promises to bust violators.
Even so, is this legal?
Certainly it's legal. The first amendment protects this, 11 News Legal Analyst and South Texas College of Law Dean Gerald Treece said.
Treece added, if a posting is plain wrong...

Barack Hussein Obama. Occupation: Usurper and hate monger
I’m not going to that site. But please Feel Free To Freep it !
This would be a good idea if the federal government would actually act on the information. I am not holding my breath. Maybe the people who have identified as illegal should be notified to give them a chance to leave. Ahem.
who has a drivers license, all else go home, make sure they are not fake
We should also encourage people to do what the Amazing Racist has done - drive them to the nearest local immigration office as seen in this video.

But I’d call the INS/ICE on the way to the immigration office so they are ready to capture them on the front lawn of the property.
South Florida.
Suddenly the MSM concerns itself with legal vs. illegal.
There are a million Americans being displaced by cheaper H1B imports, and many of the imports are not in legal compliance. American taxpayers are facing a long double dip recession. A $10,000 bounty should be placed on finding H1B illegals, paid for from fines on their sponsors. Many Americans could make more money tracking down H1B illegals than they made in their outsourced jobs. Even better, suspend the entire H1B and similar work visa programs until the unemployment rate drops below 5%.
Poorly paraphrasing here:
First they came after the illegals, and I said nothing.
Then they came after the religions, and I said nothing.
Then they came after me, and there was no one left.
The point being that, peacefully, by attrition the illegals will return to their native land only after they are jobless, when US businesses actually suffer consequences and/or are shut down for using them as cheap labor. The numbers will be greatly reduced, and perhaps become more managable and subject to orderly exits, restrictions and “back of the line” rules tough enough to cause even more returns to their countries of origin.
I’m going to report anyone with an Obama bumpersticker on their Prius.
It may come to naught but one person and a $30 domain can make a mockery of federal immigration ‘enforcement’ that won’t grab the collar of an illegal alien PARADING DOWN THE STREET.
Ping!
So, that's why he brought obama to Nevada. That way Nevada can atleast say that once they had an illegal alien in state.
And at the same time, Reid can keep to his statement that no illegals are working in Nevada, 'cause it's a given Bambi doesn't work.
As long as tghey offer cheap prices they have nothing to worry about.
Good point.
