Whether or not the justices actually signed the orders? No, I'm more than willing to take the court's claim that they actually signed the orders over Orly's suggestion that someone forged it and faked it.

Asking whether or not someone forged the signature of Justice Thomas on the documents denying her case is a reasonable question?

So you're saying that you believe someone did forge Justice Thomas' signature on the dismissal? Don't you think Justice Thomas would have said something about that by now? Or do you think his mixed up in the mass conspiracy as well?
I would bet he doesn’t see may of the things that ar eput out as “valid” at that high level. However, KNOWING that someone caught...was it Roberts?...saying he never heard of a motion/paper that was brought to the Supremes last year January/Feb and Roberts said he never heard of it, yet for some reason, it was dismissed with all the appropriate signatures on it?

The Court responded “go away.”
Now she is, insultingly, demanding proof that the justices indeed said “go away” and that what they said wasn’t really said by some agent of a conspiracy against her.
Overall, the questions of “where’s the birth certificate?” et al are valid.
Unfortunately, she’s asking them in the stupidest, most insulting, most obnoxious ways possible, such that she has COMPLETELY undermined her own credibility and sanity, destroying the validity of the “birther movement” single-handedly.

I realize that it's been popular for years to paint Justice Thomas as an empty robe. A less-than-bright affirmative action appointee of the first Bush who is taking up space on the court that could better be filled by a competent jurist, but the fact of the matter is that Justice Thomas is one of the most respected members of the court with a first-rate legal mind, and a is an outstanding jurist. And for you to support Orly in her contention that Thomas abrogates his responsibilities and let's others forge his signature on decisions he's too lazy to consider in the first place is not only highly insulting to Justice Thomas, it's absolutely idiotic.
The Supremes can’t tell Orly to “go away” if she has an arguable case, and she has. Someone has been messing with the Court record, just like they’ve been messing with Obamas Passport records, and indeed all his records.
