Video of Killer Whale Doing What Killer Whales Do Best, Kills Pelican & Eats It (During Show)

I found this video of a pelican landing on the water at Sea World, during a live show. Before you realize what landed on the water, one of the Killer Whales chomps on the pelican and dives with it. The next thing you see is all the whales having a food fest on the remains in front of all the spectators. It's real funny, nature at it's finest.

Here is the link, Orca Eats pelican During Show @ Sea World

After watching this video I was torn, should I go fishing, or bird hunting?

If a dog had jumped in and been eaten, would it have been funny?

I can imagine those trainers suddenly wanting to get very far away from the edge of the tank. That’s the problem with feeding frenzies, you never are quite sure when they are done and the critters are back to normal.

Probably not, but I hunt birds with dogs, not dogs with birds.

But then again, I might laugh. I wouldn have to see what happens with my funny bone if it ever happens when i am watching.

And I love dogs, but I don’t LOOOOOVE dogs. I loooove my wife and children, everything else is up for the split moment decisions.

Sorry if I offend you, but I worship God, not His creations.

Depends what people we are talking about.

Tree huggers, PETA members, and left wing coomunists debris?

Hell yea, I would laugh my ass off.

When I was a kid my folks took us to the Philly Zoo.

While watching the giant tortoises one of them bit a pigeon right in two.

This is the Sea Shepherd III, this boat protect pelicans, so when Sea Shepherd II saves a Whale from Japanese fisherman - if the whale kills a pelican the SS III kills the whale, then the SS II shoots paint balls and water cannons at SS III...the fishermen film it and it ends up on Japanese TV.

Brings back memories of being at a zoo and seeing giant tortoises mating. Our children were small then, and we had some of their little friends with us there too. It was hard to explain, but we just said that one tortoise was being friendly, as the male got up behind the female and was climbing on her back.

That’s what I heard, but long pork probably doesn’t taste nearly as good as pelican.

Well, my daughter wanted to make shirts for our trip there this summer. They would say “warning — splash zone”, and be spattered in red paint.

I’m not sure we’d be welcome in the show, but I guess what you think is funny really depends on perspective.

Or, as the Devil said on south park “Dude, it’s too early to make fun of Steve Erwin’s death”.

If it was one of those annoying little yippy dogs, hell yeah!
