You're correct. Only it would take YEARS just to appraise and mark each piece he has in the house.

In my AO, estate sales last a set number of days - then everything left goes to the dump.
Then the house gets auctioned off.
Which would be truly tragic, in this case.

American Pickers featured an old galin Houston who bought a warehouse to store all her hoarded goods. She lived on the first two floors and the rest was for her junk.
I never could understand that mentality.
My plans for the day changed, so was not in the area to check the place out.
That is probably a blessing.

LOL. Thanks. I truly was kidding, laughing at myself for having too much stuff already, AS IF I needed anymore. NOT. I have actually stopped buying things and am trying hard to get rid of the surplus I have.
