I don't think this is a good strategy. While I agree that it's better to give money directly to candidates, we should not automatically blacklist anyone whom RNCC supports. Nor should we help the local conservatives only. I think it's better if we look at the list, find information about the candidates, and give (providing you have the money) to conservatives who need them most, regardless where they live or whether their names in RNCC list or not.
