This is why the Muslim colonists infesting Dearbornistan are erecting a statue of Helen Thomas.
The Dearborn-based Arab American National Museum has launched an online fund-raiser at www.kickstarter.com to get $10,000 to finish a sculpture of Thomas, 89, who was born to immigrants from Lebanon. … The total cost of the statue is $25,000-$30,000, said Anan Ameri, the museum's director.I'd be surprised if taxes aren't making up most of the difference. No problem, Michigan is flush with cash these days.
Thomas will be best remembered for demanding (at a Jewish heritage celebration) that Jews "get the hell out" of their homeland and relocate to Germany and Poland, where not long ago they were butchered by the millions.

manc - I am neither a Pollyanna nor one to suffer fools. I was in NYC on 9-11 and I’ve seen the face of jihad up close. I have also seen what has happened to the western European capitals like London and Paris where you have Islamic ghettos supported by public assistance. Islamic people in Dearborn work for a living and take pride in the homes and their cars - it is far from a hotbed of infidel haters with men wearing traditional garb and beards.
I really want to clear that up. Yes, there is a high concentration of Islamic peoples (mostly from Irag and Lebanon), but 90% or higher of them are not the haters and well assimilated in American life. Further, these immigrants have come to our shores legally for the most part.
Don’t use the terms “erect” and “Helen Thomas” in the same sentence.

So far, the only Lebanese folks sharpening knives that I have seen in Dearborn are shaving thin slices of spit roasted chicken shawarma at La Pita, Al-Ameer or Country restaurants.
I am not defending global Islam - just life in Dearborn despite how the demographics have changed with the decline of the auto industry. Some folks moved out and some moved in since the halcyon days of the Ford Rouge plant and 16 million global auto sales in a year.
Parts of Detroit have high concentrations of Poles, but they don’t call it “Detroitski.” Even with all the setbacks, life is still good in SE Michigan with abundant fresh water and a low cost of living.
Let me know when the Poles get a reputation for violent global domination plans.
and I agree that most are not bigots , haters etc but there are some and they are there forcing their agenda and issues.
I’ve lived in many countries and myself has come from one where islam is taking root.
If this is not sorted out then they will become more of a majority not the minority and that is my point and my fear.
Sharia law is there in Dearborn, there is things like arranged marriages and because of PC the Gov to will not be more public in their crackdown of this.
