IOW the federal judge engaged in abuse of discretion.
He allowed his PERSONAL fetish to decide this case.

I would like to meet the person who can craft a plausible argument about how an animal that cannot sign a contract can enter into one.

Those are easily 1/2 her total body weight. Just think of the strength of her back muscles. For her to walk upright is something like the bumble bee being able to fly.
