The cops are following department policies. City street traffic runs 35-45 limits and many push to much higher.
They just showed a collision b/t 2 SUVs. Nine injured all or mostly teens.

Department policy precludes police intervertion except under certain circumstances. He cant outrun radios or helicopters.
City street traffic runs from 40-70 MPH normally. I can only suggest you study the facts first.
