New York (CNN) -- A former college professor in upstate New York says he was fired and discriminated against because he is straight.
Dr. Csaba Marosan taught natural Sciences at Trocaire College in Buffalo. He told CNN that he was asked not to return this year because of his formal complaint against the college in 2009.
Marosan alleges that college officials gave preferential treatment to gay faculty members in a small clique dubbed, "the Merry Men."

And the left continues to cry about “McCarthyism” from the right any chance they get...
At this rate I dread to think about what an interview will consist of in 20 years.
Abstractly, gays demand tolerance and give none themselves....? Reminds me of some of those in Islam over the NYC mosque, but I digress. =.=
“Abstractly, gays demand tolerance and give none themselves....?”
Doncha know that tolerance and understanding only goes one way these days?
It’s OK to ignore the will of the California voter when one gay federal judge nullifies Prop 8. It’s OK to overturn Prop 187. And it’s OK to stick a Muslim thumb in the eye of every American and celebrate 9/11 on its tenth anniversary with the opening of a mega-mosque right next door to hallowed ground.
It’s become painfully clear that we’ve got “gypsies in the palace”, and every American who’s appalled at each new outrage can no longer leave it to someone else to mind the store.
As we entrust political power to state, and they to the fed, we need to remind them both that their precious power can also be revoked.

No doubt something involving a tonsil check and/or a prostate exam.
I just made that up. Or did I?
There are plenty of bad faculty out there that deservedly get the heave-ho, despite cries of racism, sexual harassment, politics, and what have you. Including conspiracy theories.
This sounds like one of the latter. Granted, one that should be easy to support or disprove. That is, how many influential faculty and administration around him are not married? It would be very odd if his whole department are single.
And of these, how many are openly homosexual?
In any event, Occam’s razor suggests that he, not they, are the problem
Spot on!
And note the first name of the fired professor... I’ll bet he might know a thing or two about repression and tyranny.
The comments about him on Rate My Professor seem to be largely positive, so at least the students liked him: http://ratemyprofessors.com/ShowRatings.jsp?tid=371136&page=1
