"Judge Richard Roberts last month granted a Justice Department motion to dismiss, saying the plaintiffs failed to establish that the government had waived its right not to be sued without its consent."

Huh??

Didn’t you hear? Indians are out. Latinos are in. If they’d stolen the bones of Santa Anna, they’d be crucified on capitol hill.

Did Skull and Bones rob the grave of Geronimo during World War I?

That’s exactly what I was thinking. “...saying the plaintiffs failed to establish that the government had waived its right not to be sued without its consent.”

?????????????

Would it be possible to run the country without Judges and lawyers? How about a 5 citizen commission chosen from the phonebook to review judge’s rulings. If all five overrule the judge, the decision is reversed and the judge is executed.

You didn’t think you could sue city hall did you? Anyone who thinks they will be able to sue a doctor or a hospital after 0bamaCare is in full force is crazy too.

I thought that there was a TV commercial for the old Time/Life “Old West” series back in the 1980s that said Geronimo’s remains had been buried deep in a canyon where no white man would ever find them.

Or maybe it was Cochise?

That is the first time that I have seen that photo, it is an incredible image and top that he is wearing.

It might be possible to do DNA testing on the skull that the Yale society has and possibly to determine if it could be Geronimo’s (if he has living relatives)...but if the tests did not confirm that it is Geronimo’s skull, the people making the accusations now would dismiss them as meaningless.

Oh great, now Zahi Hawass will see this pic (he lurks on FR all the time) and demand the return of Geronimo to his native land of Egypt.
