I am so glad I don’t work retail anymore. You are just doing your job, and some complete idiot comes along, and you have to deal with it.

Years ago, I had a guy (to whom we had issued a check for the product he returned) want to duke it out with me because the on the check we had inverted 2 letters of his last name.

I suggested he take it to the bank branch there in the mall and deposit/cash it, as he saw fit.

We had to call security.
