Finally, a judge with a sense of proportionality. Breaking into a bank because in your drunken state you believed it was your home
after you've just been driving, and oh by the way, you were armed, deserves something a little more punitive than just probation.
The guy's lucky no one was killed.

Looks like he’s going to be trapped in the “Inner Circle of Thought” for a bit longer.

Make Coach Patches O'Hoolihan coach the Detroit Lions as a condition of his probation. Q: What do the Detroit Lions and the Detroit Redwings have in common?
A: They both can't play football.

So when's the judge going after Ben Bernanke, Timmy Geithner & all their Bankster pals who've been looting the nation's banks for the last umpteen years?

"So when's the judge going after Ben Bernanke, Timmy Geithner & all their Bankster pals who've been looting the nation's banks for the last umpteen years? " As soon as an enterprising young prosecutor brings the case. Remember, judges judge and prosecutors prosecute. Without an indictment, which may only be obtained by the government, a judge is hamstrung.

Looks like Rip needs to apply for an internship with the Fed - appears that might get him off the hook, since he'd then be part of the government looting apparatus, and it'd be high-fives all around with his newfound judge & prosecutor buddies...
