It sure can be aggravating when someone in the express check out line has more than 10 items.
But calling a woman fat and ugly is taking things too far.
Police report a man who berated a woman in a Washington state grocery store is now charged with disorderly conduct.
The Port Washington woman said she asked the express lane clerk if she could check out.
There was no one else in line.
But while the cashier was ringing up her items, a male customer started making ugly comments.
The woman called 911.
The responding officer gave the angry male customer a $429 ticket.
The woman tells a local TV station (WISN) the man deserves it.

“... is now charged with disorderly conduct.”
She must have had more than seven items. I would arrest her.
Animal abuse! lol

Should be thrown out and the office punished for violating his first amendment rights.
So we call 911 when someone insults us now? LOL! She should have just kicked him in the nuts and walked off. People need to start thinking out of the box.

Sharia law would come in handy ... he could have had her killed. Plus, they are in WA ... not impossible that could still happen, if they were Moose Limbs.
We’ve all been there.
I’ve had that happen to me. I’d be in line of a normal checkout lane with a basket full of stuff, and the express lane is wide open. The express lane checker waives me over to check out in her lane, and while I’m unloading this huge basket of stuff onto the belt, some guy with a loaf of bread and a 6-pack comes in behind me and starts giving me dirty looks.
He never called me fat and ugly, though. So I guess this really didn’t happen to me after all...
who calls 911 for something like this???
He may well have deserved it, but she also deserves a ticket for calling 911 to report a non-emergency.
“The responding officer gave the angry male customer a $429 ticket.”
The repsonding officer took the call, stopped for coffee, and did a lirtle shopping before arriving at the scene. The
suspect and accuser were still in the ‘express’ lane.
Would she get ten stones or less?.....;)

Can’t you read? It says he was ticketed for $429.00
(Sorry. Just me being a smartass today)
lol
Apparently fat and ugly people.
Indication that the crime rate in this town is very low or they have too many police on duty at one time.
Why is it that when something like this happens the cops seem to always respond almost instantly, but when someone is having his/her house broken into, or is being raped, assaulted or murdered, cops always seem to arrive much later?
“Guy sounds like a jerk, but would like to know what he was ticketed for.”
Being honest.
