Lee Jackson, one of the few people who managed to catch him, said anglers would be lost without him. It is thought that Two Tone died of old age. Continue reading the main story Start Quote Some of the guys have fished it for years and certainly didn't manage to catch Two Tone.
Lee Jackson Mr Jackson said: "The fishing on that lake is incredibly hard. It took a certain dedication to stick with it. "Some of the guys have fished it for years and certainly didn't manage to catch Two Tone....

Two Tone will be stuffed and donated to the Natural History Museum.Should read:
"Two Tone will be stuffed and broiled to perfection, served with a chilled white wine and fresh vegetables."

I went to a cocktail party in an Asian garden once. There were koi ponds and lilly pads. Beautiful. I bent over to look at some of the flowers and my wallet fell out of my sport jacket’s inside pocket. BUT just before it fell into the water, one of the koi rose from the depths and tossed it in the air. As the wallet was about to splash again, a gold fish jumped and poked the wallet into the air again. The wallet landed safe and dry on the lawn. This was a fine example of carp-to-carp walleting.

My Dad used to hit carps in the head with a hammer, and throw them into the bushes whenever we caught one when I was a kid. He seemed to hate those things. Said they didn’t belong in the river.

A carp in the Yakima river stole my bait, reel, pole, the entire works. Went up to the store, got a new set-up and caught my pole back with the fish still on the line. True story.

Nice fish...what's that he's holding 8^)
Couldn't help myself...haddock do it.
Never caught one that size...they're rare around here and a lot of folks have never caught one, which I don't understand.
I have a bunch in the freezer...I save 'em until I have enough to host a big fish feed for a few folks.
