Hurricane Frank has formed in the Pacific off Mexico's coast...
Frank has maximum sustained winds Wednesday near 75 mph (120 kph). The National Hurricane Center in Miami says Frank could get stronger as it moves away from Mexico's southwestern coast. Frank is located about 170 miles (270 kilometers) south of Manzanillo, Mexico, and is moving west-northwest.

They’re predicting a more active storm season this year until they have to revise the numbers down again. If they declare it long enough, some year they’ll be right.

Beginning to worry about Earl. Florida interests need to start paying attention. We already have FL East Coast rip current warnings due to long-period swells coming off Danielle.
