No, I do get what you are saying. I was just throwing in the spiritual detail for anyone who might not know. You are right that eventually the converts’ bloodlines get lost and the one thing going for the tribe is that the ancient genes keeps showing up in the descendants! Kind of cool, but also kind of like the view from a plane: we always seem so insignificant as individuals! :)
