Google on Thursday further embraced the world of tweets, status updates, and on-the-fly posts with a website devoted to finding "real-time" content as it hits the Internet.
A search engine being rolled out in 40 countries at google.com/realtime builds on features that the Internet powerhouse has been adding incrementally to its online query service.

I did search, but apparently I didn’t use the right terms.
The link you gave me is for my posting. So I searched just using Google as the keyword, but I didn’t find any other posts about the topis And, strangely the search results didn’t even list my posting.
I am so profoundly screwed. I’m never going to get a job. My Facebook page is full of political comments, references to drinking bourbon, and silliness with my kids. If a potential employer googles me, that’ll be it for my chances! And here I thought I had my FB page set to maximal privacy...ha.
Sometime Google “site search” will show things which were just posted on Free Republic, while other things are “not found” even though they do in fact exist. It would be interesting to why this is.
