Beaten to death? WTH? Eye for an eye, waterboard. But, obviously she has problems and may be a psychopath. Lock her up, find out, and get the kid help before she kills a human.

Her home life has obviously been a daily literal nightmare for years in order to turn into such a depraved mind.
The things she’s surely gone through...makes me shiver to imagine and her cruelty is just a snapshot of the horror thats going on on that region....I’m sure of it.
Her parents or guardians, (if she has any) are more to blame.
