As investigators attempt to determine the cause of the Transformers 3 accident that sent a 24-year-old extra to hospital with brain injuries, Paramount, the studio behind the film, is suddenly contradicting eyewitness and police reports.
Michael Bay's Transformers 3 was wrapping up filming in Hammond, Indiana after spending the past few weeks shooting throughout the Chicago-land area (the photo above is from earlier in Chicago shooting, and not from the incident in question) when a stunt reportedly malfunctioned. The result? 24-year-old first-time extra and aspiring actress Garbiela Cedillo was sent to the hospital with serious head trauma in critical condition. She's currently stable, but reports indicate she's yet to regain consciousness.

"The vehicle was being towed by another vehicle," said fellow extra Blaine Baker. "The cable between the two vehicles broke. It whipped around and sliced through the woman's car and sliced through her skull, apparently."
Witnesses say Cedillo's car continued moving for almost a mile before it came to a complete stop.
So far, news reports and witnesses have continued to report this is what happened. News reports also have said the same stunt malfunctioned earlier in the week.

If it was Megan Fox who had the brain injury, would anyone notice the difference?
This will be like the SCOTT killing at COSTCO. Although there is every reason to believe there is a TON of VIDEO EVIDENCE, none seems available.
Wonder why?
It seems idiotic to have untrained extras driving on the other side of the road from a big special effects explosion and crash.
Snapped cables are incredibly dangerous and anyone driving in that vicinity should have had full safety gear and probably a car with a roll cage and reinforced windows.
The studio will probably say she signed a complete liability waiver and they have no responsibility.
Except there isn’t any anti-gun employee making stuff up to get the police to arrive hot.
Since they were 'filming' a movie, one would think there would be video readily available.
Now that the Studio is insisting the accident didn't even occur on the set (even though the woman was being paid to be 'in the scene'), I would assume it was because they don't want to be asked for copies of the video/film.
Just like Obama hiding all his records, the question is WHY? WHAT are they HIDING?
