A nanny who worked for Anna Nicole Smith in the last months of her life said Tuesday that she found bloody syringes and cotton balls, and sometimes a spoon with liquid, inside a bathroom that the celebrity model, her lawyer-boyfriend and her psychiatrist emerged from.

Quethlie Alexie, who tended to Smith and her baby for more than three months in the Bahamas, testified that after Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich took her in the bathroom, Smith came out in an altered state.

I missed this too...what’s with the flip flopping of Ford Shelley?

Witness recants statements in Anna Nicole case
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100903/ap_en_ot/us_anna_nicole_smith

....”Ford Shelley also testified that he never saw Smith abuse drugs, and that he believed her boyfriend-lawyer Stern shouldn’t be on trial.

Shelley, whose family provided Smith a house and spent time with her in the year before she died, was a combative prosecution witness.”....

....”Shelley, a resident of South Carolina, described Eroshevich as a good woman who was trying to help Smith.”...

.....”Attorney Brad Brunon, who represents Eroshevich, asked Shelley to describe the psychiatrist’s relationship with Smith.

“A very loving, caring friend,” he testified.”.

I had forgotten about him. Trying to remember the story on he and his wife (?).

Wonder how Virgie is holding up - last time I checked, she is still not being allowed to see Dannielynn. Brickhead’s elderly abuse!

Weren’t only two other people in the room when he could have been killed: his mother and Howard?

Witness tampering? The nanny also changed her testimony. The following article further mentions this.

I heard part of the discussion on Anna Nicole Smith trial on Jane Velez-Mitchell show. There was a new video of ANS taking a bath with her baby and slurring her words (taken by Howie of course). They were saying the Judge Robert Perry said there was no evidence that ANS was an addict. They talking heads were amazed at Robert Perry’s stupidity or whatever. Jane showed then a part of the Clown video. If this is true, Judge Perry needs to be investigated.

Judge Perry appears bias on side of the defense and might be planning to throw out some of the charges. What is his record? Somebody who will not convict the rich? I would like to know more about him.

People magazine reported that Judge Robert Perry has said that the prosecution does not have enough evidence for two of three felony charges and may toss them out. Isn't this a strange thing for a judge to say? Judge Robert Perry sounds like he is crazier than a bed bug.

Loony Judge Perry

Judge Perry's behavior appears to be bizarre from the limited reports I have read. He allegedly shouted at the DA for questioning an investigator re names used by ANS and injected his opinions opposing considering ANS an addict, a key factor in the case against the motley trio. Judges have incredible power.

Judges have incredible power. There was case where a British nanny was convicted in the death of a baby, and the judge overturned the jury's verdict.

Here is an article that mentions Judge Robert Perry saying he will throw out some charges. Judge Perry needs watching. Something is not right about him.

AP reported that both sides rested. Since it did not mention Judge Perry dropping any of the charges, I presume he did not.

Yesterday again Judge Perry criticized the prosecution's case, comparing it to the kitchen sink. From what I have heard, and the media has been strangely silent on this case, it sounds like Judge Perry has an agenda. Hope he has not been bought off. How common is it for the judge to go after the prosecutor in such a solid case?

I am not familiar with Judges and what they are allowed to do.Counting on the jury to throw these people in jail.

Judge decides all counts will go to the jury in Anna Nicole Smith case
http://insession.blogs.cnn.com/2010/09/30/judge-refuses-to-dismiss-charges-in-the-anna-nicole-smith-case/
Los Angeles, CA – After going over jury instructions for the better part of three days, and arguing a defense motion for acquittal, Judge Robert Perry determined all 11 counts in the case of California v. Sandeep Kapoor, Khristine Eroshevich and Howard K. Stern will go to the jury saying that after consulting with a respected judge, he decided to listen to the advice, and to have faith in the jury system.

“Where is the evidence Judge Perry said, that Stern knew it was wrong to have medications in multiple names?”

I’m no lawyer, but even I know that. Total B.S.

Yesterday on Jane Velez-Mitchell show they pointed out that Judge Robert Perry has been excessively bias in favor of defense and ridiculed his claims that there is no proof that ANS was an addict.

They mentioned that ANS had been in treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic and that various videos show it. It was also said that the jury was not allowed to see the Clown video. Is that true? The judge claims the DA did not prove ANS was an addict and yet prohibits a key piece of evidence? Judge Perry needs watching!

Also, they showed a photo of ANS and Dr. E. nude in the bathtub cuddling. Yuck!
