What the heck, The Jets/Dolphins game tonight is partially broadcast in Espanol!!!! Every time I turn around they are pushing some sort of immigration junk down our throats. I already e-mailed the NFL and voiced my disgust. This sucks, I can't even watch this game. I was looking forward to it!
I emailed NBC too, I was in such a state of rage myself.
There is probably a wall devoted to the hate mail NBC will receive after this broadcast in their headquarters. It will give all the little commies that work there a good chuckle whenever they walk past...
Yeh, we’re ranting and raving about it too. This is America, we speak English. And it’s AMERICAN football, for crimany sake.
I resent this big time.
Remember, Obama said we should all learn spanish..?
I stopped watching when they treated Rush the way they did..
I see many didn’t.
Can you explain for those that didn’t watch.
Were there English Subtitles...did they just Speak Spanish for long periods of time? How long did this go on?
Mute the TV.
Change the channel.
This is not a life threatening event, so untie your knickers, and search out another windmill to tilt.
Our Chinese fortune cookies contained sayings in both English and Spanish! Very little surprises me now when it comes to bilingual shenanigans.
Welcome to Barry’s Banana Republic!
What channel, the NFL Network or a broadcast network?
NBC, I turned it off. Either it’s Oberman or some other crap!
Usted habla enspanol, senior? No? Usted cometer una odio la delincuencia! ACLU!
I didn’t like it either, but it is a Miami home game. I’m in New England, and the only thing I noticed was that the legend on the bottom sometimes was in Spanish (Jets de Nueva York, Dolphins de Miami), and it was titled something like “Futbol American”. All of the broadcasting was in English from the usual Sunday Night Football announcers.
Bring back Rozelle. The NFL has gone down hill ever since he retired.
Yea - it’s bad enough to have to listen to women (some of whom sound quite butch) announce MEN’s sports. Now we have a new language to deal with, and the people that use that language (in lieu of English) probably have absolutely no interest in US football.
I put it on mute.
It’s Hispanic heritage month (that’s their excuse). They did the same thing for a Dolphins game last year.
