Obama's War: The Coming "Race" War 2010
self | Columbus Day 2010 | UBSOTOS

Posted on 10/12/2010 2:38:10 AM PDT by UnbelievingScumOnTheOtherSide

It is just my opinion but I think there is going to be a "race" war started by Obama in the next few months. I put the word race in quotes because it is not strictly about race. It is not Black vs. White, despite the political divide and submerged hostility and the inability of the Obama Justice Department to enforce the law in a color-blind manner.

I submit a few facts in support of my proposition:

It has been published that with the impending loss of Democrats in the Congress that Obama intends to impliment his policies more through executive action than legislation over the next two years.

There has pointedly not been action on a core Obama issue: Immigration. If Obama had wanted to shore up his mid-term chances in 2010, he should have had Amnesty as one of his top legislative priorities in a friendly Congress. I think Obama intended to lose in 2010.

The Constitution states in Article II section 2: "The President... shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."

I therefore believe that it has been Obama's plan from the start to effect Amnesty by pardoning the entire illegal immigrant population shortly after the 2010 election in which Republicans will have gained control of Congress. This action will be greeted wildly by the mainly Hispanic illegal immigrant population. Congress, having been lost to those largely opposed to general amnesty, state governments and the White majority, attempting to put the toothpaste back in the tube by curbing the President's action will provoke a nationwide outburst of anger from illegals whose expectations will have gone sky-high.

Illegals are significant in almost every state. The general disorder has the potential to implode the United States, much as the Battle of Adrianople in 376 A.D. began the implosion of the Roman Empire (also over illegal immigration.)

He will be impeached and removed if he does that idiotic --yet entirely plausible--thing.

BUT. For THAT to happen, we all have to work like crazy for November, because aint no impeachin' and removin' going on with either a Democrat House or Democrat Senate, or even with small margins of GOP majorities, or if they lose their spine like RINOS.

Hillary will put the move on Obama next year. Operation Chaos will really get going in January. It will split the Black Communist base of the Rats. The Race War will be in the Democrat Party...Finally.

Yesterday on FR there was a post about Barney Frank’s proposal to pass a law tying drivers’ licenses to voting rights. In other words, if states have already granted the right to drive a car to illegals then they have the right to vote as well. Words fail.

A “pardon” wouldn’t make them citizens nor would it prevent their deportation.

Right. You "pardon" someone who has been convicted of a crime. The illegals have committed a crime, but have not been indicted or convicted, hence cannot be pardoned.

I'm sure he would if he could, but it would be a tremendous stretch.

"You "pardon" someone who has been convicted of a crime."

You don't have to be convicted. Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon for any crimes he "may" have committed even though Nixon had not been criminally convicted or even indicted. But, all Obama could do is pardon illegals for the criminal act of coming into the country illegally. That wouldn't make them citizens nor give them a right to be here. They would still be subject to deportation. Since no one is being prosecuted for such an offense such a "pardon" would be meaningless.

They would not be subject to deportation because if they go to court there would be no legal basis to deport them.

"They would not be subject to deportation because if they go to court there would be no legal basis to deport them."

Sure there would - the fact they are not a citizen and have no legal basis to be here would be a sufficient basis. Pardon from a crime does not establish a basis to be in America.

And that “pardon” cost Ford the 1976 election.

Barry is going to be impeached and removed for the crimes he has already committed agains’t this country. he doesn’t need to bother to commit any additional impeachable offenses.

Pardons are documented and given to individuals.
o-bow-ma would spend the rest of his administration just signing them.

If o-bow-ma declared all illegals pardoned, the borders would burst open - no one could be detained for they have been pardoned in advance.

Chaos would ensue.

At which time Congress would hold hearings on o-bow-ma eligibility and find that he is not a natural born citizen, then watch out!!
