Boehner is a trustfull MAN!
Myself | November, 03 2010 | Mayr Fortuna

Posted on 11/03/2010 6:48:35 AM PDT by Mayr Fortuna

Hey FReepers?

I have just seen Boehner pronouncement about November 2nd.

I must recognize, while this guy is a simpathetic fellow, I did not thrust him well, I mean, too much over squared bounds and PC.

But I saw this man almost tear-drop over there. This is not weakness, this is PROUD TO BE THERE and be finally able to do something over this situation.

I do think you Americans may count on him for the next two years to push hard over democrats. Furthermore, he will now be backed by conservatives like himself.

How on earth could you not trust someone who is 1 of 12 kids? He obviously knows how to fight without looking like he’s fighting. Go for it John.

He is a good man but this will make no difference. Good men need to work hard to get things done. Evil ones can destroy at a moment’s notice. The country is still doomed and there is no possibility of things turning around. Ever.

I think that all of the disdain on this board for Boehner is really unwarranted. The guy has been in a difficult position...almost paralyzed by the margin in the house.

Now he will get a chance to lead. We need someone who is diplomatic (not a nancy “in your face” pelosi). No one wants a jackass in there.

I think Boehner is exactly who we need: promote our ideas, issues, legislation, but not with blood dripping from our mouths.

I think we need a real election for Speaker and not just let him become speaker just because

PT Barnum saw you coming.

Really...he is trustful?...really.

Have you been asleep or are you just so much of a sucker that you see a tear and you fold your cards?

What is Obozo cries...will you then say he is trustful?

If Boehner is speaker we are screwed. The GOP establishment has already started to try to marginalize the Tea Party movement - check out Rove today.

Question: Would you buy a used car from a guy that looks like Boehner?

I’d fall down running the other way. If you trust any politician, left, right, center etc you only have yourself to blame for what happens.

Yea, trust him while you watch him like a hawk.

I watched his speech live last night. I really felt for him when he was breaking down. Never seen anything like that. He was absolutely touched about the American dream.

And it’s disgraceful that the Dems attacked him as some chain smoking country clubber. When in fact he’s a blue collar guy from Ohio who grew up in a hard scrabble neighborhood, tending bars, sweeping floors, etc. He’s self-made.

Anyone who disagree?

Let's just say skeptical. Boehner will have to put his money where his mouth is.

“I’ll never let you down,” Boehner told the tea party crowd.

Boehner was embarrassing last night. He gave the gavel to Pelosi in 2006. He doesn't deserve to be in that position again.

And in the morning he sits down with the effete facade that appears to be Mr. Ssspiffy, Eric Cantor.

"I did not thrust him well"

That's not very sporting. Why should he do all the work ?

Cantor will prove a sellout pretty soon, I’m pretty damn sure.

I would like to see a real, open race for speaker instead of just guving it to Boehner because it’s his turn. Let’s hear what the candidates wqnt to do.

With Boehner I fear it will be SOWS (same old washington ... stuff)
