Yes. My Droid syncs just fine with Exchange.

Yes it will. The Droid Pro (business version) will be out soon too.

Works great on everything but husband’s new Droid. It does not synch with MS Outlook. His Droid is a couple of months old, so this info may not apply to the very latest version. Droid will sync with Exchange just fine. Contact your wireless provider's tech support or spend some time on Google to find out why there's a problem in your case.
I've been happily using my Droid with our corporate Exchange 2007 server since Verizon first offered them.
