A mother of three suspected of using crystal meth was charged with second-degree manslaughter after police found her 10-day-old baby dead inside a washing machine.
Twenty-six-year-old Lyndsey Fiddler from Bartlesville, Okla. put her daughter Maggie May into the washing machine along with a load of laundry. The Daily Mail reports that the baby went through an entire 40-minute spin cycle before being discovered.
Local news site News OK reports that Fiddler's aunt, Rhoda Coshatt, who lived in the same house, said Fiddler took the baby out of the living room to feed her but returned later without the baby and passed out on the couch. When the aunt heard a strange noise coming from the washing machine, she lifted the lid and saw the baby.
Fiddler called 911 saying, "My baby is dead." The baby was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital.
Fiddler's two other boys, aged four and three, are being taken care of by social workers.
The mother was previously arrested in April for using drugs while four-months pregnant. Her criminal record also includes arrests for assault, driving without a licence and not putting her kids in car seats.
News OK reports that Coshatt told police the mother had been up for three days using meth.
"Inside my heart, I can't believe Lyndsey would have hurt our little girl. I don't believe it in my heart to be honest with you," Maggie May's father Benjamin Trammel told The Daily Mail.

I think we should do to women like this waht they do in Asia and Jamaica. A trial and a bullet. How many more children suffer because of women like this? I am so sick of this. They KNEW that this woman was an addict, but she somehow had custody.

Okay, then, but what was that she was nursing?
Gosh, she looks older than I am. Wonder what she looked like before drugs.
She should’ve been confined in a drug rehab facility when they found she was pregnant & using. Then the baby should’ve been removed from her custody at birth & given up for adoption. It just goes to show that even with the out of control Child Care types running around, they still can’t do the right thing.

If she had only killed her baby eleven days earlier, we could all be celebrating her right to choose.
No need to ask where the father(s) is/are!
In these frightening times - is it too much to ask our men to take responsibility when choosing the mother of their children and our grandchildren?
Time to become judgemental and not just mental!!!!
When she gets herself cleaned up and fully realizes what she has done - she will be back on drugs, again.
Time to activate the institution of slavery. (Not based on skin, race or ethnicity, but on people’s inability to cope with life and get a handle on things.) She would have done better with a ball and chain gang.
